Looking to cool down after a hot day of ultimate? One of the Ottawa area's best beaches is also one of it's least known. And afterwards you can always get dressed, and hit the casino across the lake!

If you're 23rd on the roster and didn't get enough exercise at the fields, the canal is the place to go for a run, walk, or skate. Beautiful views, wide paths, soft green grass, along most of it's length.
